How can I return my order?

In how many days can I return?

 You have up to 14 days from the day your order was delivered to return any items. 

In what condition can I return products?

Please ensure that the items you’re returning are in their original condition, with all tags still attached. This means the item should be unworn, unwashed, and in the same state as when you received it.

What are the return costs?

The return costs are depending from which location you are returning a parcel.

Please note that the customer needs to pay for the return costs themselves and ship them to the Netherlands.

How soon will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 5-7 working days from the moment we have received the products.
